Saint Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Nurse Educator (RN) to design, implement, and evaluate evidence-based educational programs for staff development and patient safety. In this role you will lead instructional design, foster professional growth, collaborate with department leaders, and document curricula to advance quality and service in family-centered care.

Qualifications

Bachelors Of Nursing and 4 years clinical practice in area of specialty.
Registered Nurse: AZ license.
American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS).
Master's degree preferred (Nursing or Education).

Responsabilités

Design, organize, implement, and evaluate educational programs, orientations, and continuing education.
Facilitate professional growth, skill development, and competency of staff.
Collaborate with department leaders to identify and develop competencies.
Document education plans and attendance, evaluations, and competency tools.
Utilize instructional design theories and technology for education and simulation.
