Job summary

Providence St. Peter Hospital is seeking a Nurse Educator to provide educational support to clinical staff and to advance staff development and clinical expertise.

You will work closely with the regional education team and unit leadership to plan development of excellence in care and to apply educational theory to deliver both clinical and didactic education. The role aims to increase staff competency, foster clinical growth, and ensure safe patient outcomes within Providence's patient-focused

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Master's Degree or enrollment in a master's program.
• Washington RN license required on hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association required on hire.
• 3 years' recent acute care experience with knowledge of acute care issues, quality improvement, adult learning, and data analysis.

Responsibilities
