Qualifications

• Meet with perinatal patients prior to discharge to complete screenings.
• Assess, plans, organizes, implements, evaluates, and coordinates program efforts to ensure program objectives are met.
• Develop and participate in community programs to promote community education and program services.
• Develop and maintain education guidelines for the use of educational materials with patient visits.
• Maintain guidelines for quality assurance programs.
• 1 year Healthcare, Community or Public Health Preferred

Responsibilities
