You will advance universal screening through SBIRT, coordinate resources, support families, and participate in rounds and trainings, while ensuring compliant documentation and compassionate care.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field with at least 2 years post-masters experience.
• Active Delaware LMSW license required.
• PMH-C certification preferred; LCSW preferred.

• Conduct perinatal psychosocial assessments and support coping and decision-making.
• Use SBIRT to screen, intervene, and refer to treatment.
• Connect families with resources to address social determinants of health.
• Provide crisis intervention and protective services as needed.

• Maintain timely documentation in medical records and research-related docs.
• May facilitate peer-support groups with leadership approval.
