St. David’s Georgetown Hospital is seeking a Perinatal & Maternal Designation Coordinator to lead performance improvement, conduct OB CC rounds, and educate nursing staff in high-risk obstetric care.

You will develop curricula for critical care training, provide skills labs and presentations, and collaborate with Women’s Services, obstetric teams, and external partners to meet Level II designation requirements.

Competenze

Five years as Labor and Delivery RN – required
Graduate of or currently participating in SDH PEAK Leadership Program - preferred
Bachelor of Science in Nursing required; Master’s degree preferred

Mansioni

Conduct Performance Improvement activities for obstetric care
Perform daily OB patient rounds and chart reviews
Provide educational presentations for nursing staff on critical obstetric care
Lead curriculum development for CC OB training and skills labs
Collaborate with Women’s Services and external partners for multidisciplinary care
Attend quarterly meetings to maintain Level II designation
