St. David's Medical Center, part of St. David's HealthCare, seeks a Labor and Delivery Manager to oversee clinical and financial outcomes of the unit. The role reports to nursing leadership and collaborates to ensure high-quality patient care.

You will lead unit operations, staff, and strategic goals, while fostering a professional culture and ongoing growth through in-service programs and training opportunities.

Formación

• 3+ years as Charge Nurse, Care Coordinator or Supervisor.
• Documented leadership, management, communication & interpersonal skills.
• Texas RN license; if Compact, Texas license obtained within 90 days.
• BLS and ACLS certifications; NIHSS certification within 90 days.

• Manage unit operations.
• Manage unit personnel activities.
• Assure acquisition and retention of qualified staff.
• Develop a professional climate within nursing units.
• Develop departmental goals aligned with hospital plans.
