The University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora, Colorado is seeking 2–3 part-time Perinatal IOP Behavioral Health Counselors (LPC/LCSW/LAC) for the Perinatal, Reproductive, and Early Childhood Section. The role combines a Virtual Perinatal Intensive Outpatient Program with onsite services, delivering intake evaluations, individual and group therapy, documentation, and team participation.

This open‑rank position may be filled as Adjoint Instructor or Adjoint Sr.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Addictions, Psychology, or Related Field.
• Active Colorado License for LPC, LCSW, or LAC.
• 1+ years clinical experience in perinatal mental health or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for patients referred to the intensive outpatient programs.
• Provide group or individual therapy services as needed.
• Documents patient encounters in a timely manner per institutional requirements.
• Maintains communication with referral sources and treatment team members.
• Promotes a positive working environment and supports clinical research and innovation in perinatal mental health.
