Job summary

SGA Youth & Family Services in Chicago seeks a licensed clinical social worker to conduct biopsychosocial assessments, screenings, and clinical evaluations within the Midwest Healthy Start program. You will develop treatment plans, provide short-term individual, family, and group counseling, and deliver trauma-informed services to pregnant and postpartum individuals and families.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current Illinois Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license required.
• Minimum five years of clinical experience providing behavioral health services.
• Experience with perinatal populations preferred.
• Trauma-informed and culturally responsive care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and behavioral health screenings.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide short-term counseling.
• Deliver trauma-informed behavioral health services to pregnant and postpartum individuals and families.
• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and ensure program compliance.
