Job summary

Sga Youth is seeking a qualified candidate for a supervisory role in our behavioral health program based in Chicago, Illinois. You will provide clinical supervision, support staff training, and ensure compliance with standards while developing relationships with program partners.

The ideal candidate must possess a Master’s degree in a related field, an LCSW, and at least 3 years of supervisory experience. Bilingual (English/Spanish) applicants are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field.
• LCSW required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in supervision/administration.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides agency-wide direct clinical supervision and program support.
• Develops and maintains relationships to enhance behavioral health services.
• Ensures compliance with client documentation and agency standards.
• Supervises program implementation reflecting funder’s philosophy.
