Job summary

Confluence Health is seeking a clinically competent registered nurse to deliver comprehensive patient care through the nursing process. This role requires weeknight and weekend call, and interaction with patients, families, and the healthcare team to maintain professional nursing standards.

Position reports to the Perianesthesia Endoscopy Supervisor; expects collaboration across units and adherence to WA Nurse Practice Act, with ongoing professional development and quality improvement

Qualifications

• Current licensure in the state of Washington (RCW 18.88).
• PALS certification within 6 months of hire.
• ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate.
• Administer medications and perform nursing procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure quality care.
• Document care provided and patient responses in the medical record.
• Demonstrate ability to handle emergencies promptly and appropriately.
• Maintain current BLS/PALS/ACLS certifications and participate in quality improvement.
