Job summary

Advocate Health’s BayCare Leased Employees – Perianesthesia team seeks a skilled RN to provide and coordinate patient care across preop, PACU, and discharge phases. You will collaborate with CNAs and clinicians to ensure safe, compassionate care throughout the surgical journey.

Qualifications include an accredited nursing program and RN licensure, BLS certification, with ACLS on orientation completion and PALS within six months. This is a full-time, on-site role in Green Bay, WI.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program and RN licensure in the practice state.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred after orientation.
• PALS certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Deliver safe, evidence-based care and communicate effectively with the team.
• Support perioperative to PACU care and post-discharge planning.
