Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Performance Instructor to serve as the DC Operations Team Member and primary department trainer.

You will train new hires, deliver best methods and equipment training, and handle special projects under the direction of DC leadership. When not training, you perform standard DC operations tasks and contribute to a culture of safety to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in new hire training and job function training.
• Ability to teach others and maintain a culture of safety.
• Willingness to participate in special projects under DC leadership.
