Lowe's is seeking a Performance Instructor to lead the DC Operations training as the primary department trainer. You will conduct new hire training, best methods training, and equipment training, while supporting special projects under DC leadership.

When not training, you will perform standard duties and be eligible for the Performance Team Member Bonus. The role emphasizes teaching others and upholding a strong safety culture to ensure a safe workplace.
