Experience: 6-9 years

• Design, script, and execute load, stress, and scalability tests, delivering detailed reports to project teams.
• Profile client and server calls triggered by the system and lead collaboration on environment setup, including data management.
• Analyze system changes for performance impact and define the scope of testing required.
• Lead efforts in performance tuning applications and systems to enhance test coverage.
• Collect, analyze, and communicate performance test results and trends with the team.
• Participate in root cause analysis and complex system performance investigations.
• Drive performance/load testing operations towards CI pipeline integration to enable continuous performance improvements.

Technical Skills & Abilities:

• Expertise with performance testing tools, especially JMeter.
• Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in performance testing.
• Strong skills in load testing, scripting, and managing multiple tasks independently.
