Job Title: Senior Performance Engineer

Location: Vancouver, BC (Onsite)

Duration/Term: Long Term Contract

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Performance Engineer with 10+ years of expertise in performance testing, engineering, and optimization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with LoadRunner (LR), JMeter, Neoload, and Gatling, along with strong architectural knowledge, scripting skills, and performance engineering expertise. This role also requires familiarity with CI/CD processes using Jenkins and performance monitoring tools such as Datadog, Dynatrace, and Splunk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead performance testing efforts using tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, Neoload, and Gatling.
• Conduct root cause analysis to diagnose system performance issues and bottlenecks.
• Develop and implement performance test strategies and automation scripts.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines, particularly using Jenkins.
• Utilize monitoring tools like Datadog, Dynatrace, and Splunk for performance analytics and system diagnostics.
• Design and optimize high-performance architecture, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Provide detailed performance reports, identifying key metrics and optimization opportunities.
• Ensure proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution of performance-related challenges.

• Strong expertise in LoadRunner, JMeter, Neoload, and Gatling.
• Solid architectural knowledge for high-performance system design.

• Hands-on experience with root cause analysis and bottleneck identification.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and Jenkins integration.
