Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a logic-based field.
• Foundational programming knowledge with exposure to Java, Python, C/C++, HTML/CSS, JavaScript.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Read, analyze and interpret performance testing requests.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, PMs, architects and HR leadership to understand system functionality.
• Review performance testing plans and results.
• Write and update test plans.
• Design, develop and maintain automation scripts for performance tests using tools like JMeter/NeoLoad.
• Use tools to monitor and interpret test results (AppDynamics, Splunk, etc.).
• Document results in Confluence.
• Assist with team goals and priorities.
