Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on software testing with emphasis on performance engineering.
• Experience defining performance baselines and SLAs using production-like environments.
• Experience with dependency mapping and mocking frameworks (WireMock preferred).
• Hands-on with monitoring/observability tools (App Insights, Splunk).
• Strong scripting and automation experience; ability to drive a repeatable testing process.

Responsibilities

• Perform load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing for production readiness.
• Design, develop, and execute performance scripts and scenarios simulating real user behavior.
• Build and enhance automated performance testing solutions using tools like NeoLoad.
• Analyze results to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate performance testing early in SDLC.
• Define performance SLAs and baseline metrics from production insights.
• Document system dependencies and implement mocking to ensure stable testing.
• Support stabilization and management of testing environments and QA processes.
