Job description

- Lead and develop the team of Performance Optimization managers, providing guidance and support for efficient campaign execution.

- Provide transparency to the executive team on campaign progress, ensuring clear communication and alignment with company objectives.

- Oversee the execution of social and search ad campaigns across multiple platforms such as Meta, Tik Tok, Google Ads, Apple Search, Linkedin, and more.

- Maintain expert knowledge on ad specifications, ad units, and templates, ensuring compliance and optimal campaign performance.

- Collaborate with the other team to create an effective strategy for campaign extensions.

- Collaborate with the Media Optimization team to address concerns, provide strategic guidance, and ensuring client satisfaction.
