Job summary

Jobtailor in Raleigh, NC seeks a performance improvement and training consultant to partner with clients and service teams to diagnose performance gaps and design effective improvement solutions.

You will conduct needs analyses, facilitate strategic initiatives, manage projects, and measure business impact while traveling up to 20% as needed. Strong presentation skills, HR knowledge, and the ability to influence leaders are valued as you collaborate across client organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or four years of equivalent work experience required.
• Three to five years of work experience in performance improvement and training.
• DDI training certification preferred or must be obtained within three to four months of hire.
• Experience consulting with small to medium size businesses preferred.
• HR knowledge and broad exposure to various HR disciplines.
• Strategic and critical thinking skills with strong business acumen and communication.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients and service team members regarding performance improvement needs.
• Develop or recommend performance improvement and training solutions.
• Respond to and initiate client service requests.
• Consult with business owners and leaders on organizational and employee performance gaps.
