Job summary

Cambridge Investment Research, Inc. is seeking a Performance Reporting Consultant in Phoenix, AZ.

You will investigate and resolve client and performance reporting inquiries, analyze data discrepancies, and provide guidance on reporting functionality and platform capabilities. You will train financial professionals and partner with advisors, custodians, and vendors to improve reporting accuracy and drive adoption of CIRStatements.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with client reporting and performance reporting concepts.
• Experience supporting financial professionals and advisory platforms.
• Ability to analyze data and solve problems with accuracy.
• Strong customer service and consultative support skills.
• Experience delivering trainings and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve advisor and client reporting concerns, including performance calculations and data discrepancies.
• Provide consultative guidance on CIRStatements functionality and reporting options.
• Develop expertise in CIRStatements and related Cambridge platforms.
• Deliver individual and group training on CIRStatements features and customization.
• Investigate complex reporting and data issues across accounts and custodial feeds.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Serve as SME for escalated reporting issues and communicate standards to stakeholders.
• Assist with testing enhancements and document solutions to improve service delivery.
