Job summary

Cambridge in Fairfield, IA or Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Performance Reporting Consultant to support financial advisors with CIRStatements and performance reporting capabilities. The role involves training, data analysis, and problem solving to improve reporting accuracy and user adoption.

Hybrid in-office 3 days/week at preferred location. You will partner with advisors, custodians, vendors, and internal teams to resolve reporting issues, promote best practices, and deliver reliable reporting

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve advisor and client reporting concerns and data discrepancies.
• Provide consultative guidance on CIRStatements functionality and reporting options.
• Deliver individual and group training on CIRStatements features and best practices.
• Investigate complex reporting and data issues involving account values and benchmark assignments.
• Collaborate with custodians, vendors, and internal teams to improve reporting accuracy.
• Support testing of system enhancements and document solutions.
