Qualifications

• Ability to read electrical drawings and technical manuals.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Clearway Solar and BESS operating fleet.
• Drive reliability improvements and root cause analysis.
• Develop/update engineering specifications and procedures.
• Assist O&M during new projects and acquisitions.
• Support training and knowledge sharing with site personnel.
