Job summary

Strategic Resources, Inc. is seeking a Performance Educator to support Ready and Resilient Training Services at Fort Campbell.

The role involves teaching resilience, performance psychology, and mental skills to DoD personnel and families at Army installations, with prior Army Master Resilience Training and certification as an Army Performance Expert preferred. You will conduct group and individual training, participate in program evaluation, and provide education to enhance performance under

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Sports Psychology or Kinesiology with a focus on performance psychology.
Membership in pro associations (AASP, CMPC, ABSP) preferred.
Experience teaching or coaching, preferably with military or DoD personnel.
Ability to travel and work in field and home environments.

Responsibilities

Attend training exercises and field operations as a performance enhancement consultant.
Provide tailored educational programs and workshops for families and civilians.
Recommend improvements to program operations.
Perform routine program operational duties and assist in evaluation.
Support research projects and briefing VIPs when required.
Develop and maintain professional development related to performance enhancement and military knowledge.
