Job summary

Strategic Resources, Inc. seeks a Performance Educator to support Ready and Resilient Training Services at Fort Sill, OK. The role focuses on resilience, positive psychology, and performance enhancement for Army personnel and DoD civilians, requiring Army MRT and Army Performance Expert certification.

The position involves group and individual instruction, program development, outcome evaluation, and VIP briefings. Travel may be needed, with strong communication and office skills essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Sports Psychology or Kinesiology with sport/performance psychology emphasis.
• Membership in professional associations such as AASP, CMPC or ABSP (desired).
• Teaching or coaching experience, preferably with military and DoD personnel.
• Ability to operate general office equipment and related media devices.
• Strong communication and interaction skills in person, by phone or virtually.
• Ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to travel as needed and adhere to travel policies.
• Ability to enter private homes and assist with mobility rehabilitation as needed.
• Capability to transport self between locations for training and activities.
• Physical requirements: lifting up to 40 lbs, bending, floor work as needed.
• Reading, comprehension, and strict confidentiality in handling information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proficient with Microsoft Office.
• U.S. citizen required.

Responsibilities

• Attends training exercises and field operations to coach on performance psychology techniques.
• Provides tailored educational programs and workshops for families and civilians in demanding environments.
• Recommends improvements to all program aspects and performs routine operational duties.
• Conducts assessment, assists in program evaluation, and supports local research projects.
• Briefs VIPs and high-ranking leaders when required.
• Develops and maintains professional development related to performance enhancement and military knowledge.
