Job summary

Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) in San Antonio, TX seeks a Performance Educator to deliver Ready and Resilient training to DoD personnel, families, and DA civilians. The role requires completing the Army Master Resilience Training Course and being a certified Army Performance Expert.

Teach resilience and performance psychology, run workshops, and support program evaluation. Candidates must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to travel and work at Army installations across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in the field of Sports Psychology or Kinesiology.
• Memberships within a professional association related to their field such as AASP, CMPC or ABSP (Desired).
• Have teaching or coaching experience, preferably with military and DoD personnel.
• Ability to operate general office equipment and communicate effectively.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Attends training exercises and field operations as requested by units to coach performance psychology techniques.
• Provides tailored educational programs and workshops for Families and Civilians in demanding environments.
• Recommends improvements to all aspects of the program operations.
• Performs routine program operational duties.
• Conducts assessment, assists in program evaluation, and supports local research projects.
• Assists or provides program overview briefings to VIPs and high-ranking leaders when required.
• Develops and maintains professional development relating to performance enhancement and related knowledge.
