Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Sports Psychology or Kinesiology required.
• Teaching or coaching experience, preferably with military/DOD personnel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills essential.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products and basic office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Attends training exercises and field operations to coach clients and leaders in performance psychology techniques.
• Provides tailored educational programs and workshops for families and civilians in demanding environments.
• Recommends improvements to program operations.
• Performs routine program operational duties.
• Conducts assessment, assists in program evaluation, and supports research projects.
• Assists or provides program overview briefings to VIPs and high-ranking leaders as required.
• Maintains professional development related to performance enhancement and military knowledge.
