Job summary

Florida Department of Transportation in Tallahassee is seeking a Production Management Analyst to track and report monthly performance and production goals across department programs. You will gather data, create dashboards and forecasting tools to support decision making and improve efficiency.

You will also help develop training tools, ensure procedures are followed, and maintain the Production Management SharePoint site and related databases to support ongoing operations.

Qualifications

• Six years of professional work experience in finance, finance analytics, economics, public administration, business administration, policy analysis, financial modeling, accounting, statistics, transportation or work program development.
• Post-secondary education may substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required experience.

Responsibilities

• Track monthly accomplishments of performance and production for department programs.
• Update, report and verify monthly performance and production against the adopted plan.
• Prepare charts, graphs, PowerPoint presentations, tables to convey data.
• Develop standard reports for forecasting and ad hoc reports.
• Maintain the Production Management SharePoint site and supporting databases.
