West Marine is seeking a technically skilled Paid Media Manager to join our Digital Marketing Team and lead performance-driven media channels with a focus on eCommerce growth. This role directly influences strategic initiatives and hands-on execution, leveraging data to accelerate West Marine's online presence.

The ideal candidate will manage campaigns across Google, Meta, Bing, and retail channels, optimize feeds and Merchant Center, and collaborate with analytics, merchandising, and eCommerce

Formación

• 4-6 years of experience in performance marketing.
• Extensive experience managing Google platforms (Search, Performance Max, Shopping).
• Hands-on technical management and optimization of online store feeds.
• Proven ability to design and implement incrementality tests.
• Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven insights.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with execution impact.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta, Bing and key retail channels.
• Optimize Google Shopping feeds and Merchant Center integrations.
• Track, analyze, and refine campaigns using CAC and ROAS metrics.
• Manage media budget and ROI with data-driven adjustments.
• Conduct A/B and incrementality testing with analytics/development teams.
• Collaborate with analytics, creative, merchandising, and eCommerce teams.
• Provide detailed performance reports and feed health diagnostics.
• Cultivate relationships with media and platform partners.
• Continuously optimize campaign performance across channels.
