BJC Medical Group is seeking a Data & Reporting Analyst to support clinical teams by ensuring data accuracy, investigating discrepancies, and translating complex information into actionable insights. The role bridges technical and clinic teams and focuses on data stewardship and reporting.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of experience with strong Excel and communication skills, with healthcare experience and Epic EMR knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of experience in data analysis or reporting.
• Experience analyzing and validating data.
• Strong Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
• Healthcare experience and Epic EMR knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a key resource for questions about performance measurement and regulatory requirements.
• Participates in and facilitates performance improvement teams and provides education to customers.
• Improves processes to disseminate data and information to key customers.
• Performs descriptive analyses and report generation.
