The Performance Measures Consultant provides performance measurement and analytical support to the organization by utilizing measurement & performance improvement skills to support clinical decision-making, to support performance improvement teams, and to identify trends and root causes. This position maintains expert knowledge of regulatory requirements as required by CMS, TJC, etc. This position also collects data, manages databases, performs descriptive or advanced statistical analysis on data sets, and designs & creates reports. The Performance Measures Consultant participates & facilitates performance improvement and organizational strategic initiative teams as necessary. Additionally, this position provides performance measurement & regulatory education to customers.
