Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s preferred in related field.
• 3+ years in an analytic role or healthcare.
• Experience with EMR systems (NextGen, eCW) and data quality management.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, integrate, and transform data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Develop analytics and reports to support strategic decisions.
• Produce recurring data extracts for business needs.
• Maintain awareness of healthcare analytics trends and practices.
• Build automated data capabilities where possible.
• Present findings clearly to diverse teams.
• Collaborate to resolve EMR data duplicates or inaccuracies.
• Train staff on EMR usage (LUMA, scheduling).
• Develop management reports to track workflow performance.
