BJC Medical Group is seeking a Data & Reporting Analyst to bridge technical and clinical teams. You will ensure data accuracy, investigate discrepancies, support data stewardship, and translate complex information into actionable insights that improve decision making.
This role emphasizes descriptive and some advanced analyses on healthcare data, with a focus on performance measurement and regulatory reporting. Epic EMR knowledge is a plus, but coding is not required.

The Performance Measures Consultant provides performance measurement and analytical support to the organization by utilizing measurement & performance improvement skills to support clinical decision‑making, to support performance improvement teams, and to identify trends and root causes. This position maintains expert knowledge of regulatory requirements as required by CMS, TJC, etc. This position also collects data, manages databases, performs descriptive or advanced statistical analysis on data sets, and designs & creates reports. The Performance Measures Consultant participates & facilitates performance improvement and organizational strategic initiative teams as necessary. Additionally, this position provides performance measurement & regulatory education to customers.
