Job summary

BJC Medical Group is seeking a Data & Reporting Analyst to bridge the gap between technical teams and clinic teams. The role focuses on data accuracy, analysis, and reporting to support clinical decision-making and performance improvement initiatives.

The Performance Measures Consultant will manage data, run descriptive analyses, and create actionable insights while aligning with CMS, TJC, and other regulatory requirements. Strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Healthcare experience and Epic EMR knowledge preferred

We're seeking a Data & Reporting Analyst to bridge the gap between technical teams and clinic teams. In this role, you'll ensure data accuracy, investigate discrepancies, support data stewardship efforts, and translate complex information into actionable insights that make an impact.

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2 or more years of experience
  • Experience analyzing and validating data
  • Strong Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills
  • Healthcare experience and Epic EMR knowledge preferred

Must live within 100 miles of home office.

Role Purpose

The Performance Measures Consultant provides performance measurement and analytical support to the organization by utilizing measurement & performance improvement skills to support clinical decision‑making, to support performance improvement teams, and to identify trends and root causes. This position maintains expert knowledge of regulatory requirements as required by CMS, TJC, etc. This position also collects data, manages databases, performs descriptive or advanced statistical analysis on data sets, and designs & creates reports. The Performance Measures Consultant participates & facilitates performance improvement and organizational strategic initiative teams as necessary. Additionally, this position provides performance measurement & regulatory education to customers.
