Job summary

Burson Cohn & Wolfe is seeking an Account Supervisor, Performance Media to lead paid media programs for corporate affairs and public affairs clients. The role involves hands-on execution, optimization, and reporting across social, search, and programmatic channels.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to ensure campaigns deliver strong performance in fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate brings platform fluency, analytical judgment, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of experience managing digital media campaigns in agency, public affairs, or corporate marketing.
• Hands-on experience building, managing, optimizing, and reporting on paid media campaigns.
• Strong knowledge across paid social, search, and/or programmatic channels.
• Experience with Google Ads, DV360, The Trade Desk, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and TikTok Ads.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, monitor, optimize, and manage paid media campaigns across assigned client accounts.
• Execute campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Search, YouTube, DV360, and The Trade Desk.
• Manage campaign setup, audience creation, targeting, budget pacing, tracking, QA, and launch readiness.
• Support paid media programs across paid social, programmatic, search, and emerging channels.
• Maintain accuracy and organization across campaign builds, trafficking, optimization, and reporting workflows.
