The Corporate Affairs team seeks a Digital Account Supervisor to lead social media strategy and execution across technology, healthcare, financial services, and mission-driven clients.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in digital communications, corporate communications, or public affairs, with agency experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of corporate reputation and how social media impacts brand and executive perception.
• Experience supporting social media strategy and execution across corporate and executive channels.
• Proficiency in social listening and analytics tools (Brandwatch preferred; Meltwater, Talkwalker, Sprinklr also considered).
• Demonstrated experience conducting social audits, competitive research, and audience profiling.
• Strong writing and editing skills for executive and corporate audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day client communications and build strong relationships with key contacts.
• Develop and execute integrated digital and social media programs across corporate and executive channels (LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Reddit) including organic and paid efforts.
• Lead social listening and monitoring, surface insights, track performance, inform recommendations.
• Draft and edit content for owned and social channels, including executive thought leadership.
• Conduct social audits and provide insights to support strategic planning and client deliverables.
• Support stakeholder and influencer mapping across B2B and corporate ecosystems.
• Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple accounts with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing environment.
