• Own campaign setup, targeting, budgets, bidding, pacing, and optimization.
• Monitor KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, CVR, and spend.
• Identify opportunities to scale winning campaigns and address underperforming ones.
• Conduct audience, placement, offer, product, and campaign structure testing.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop new ad concepts and testing opportunities.
• Refresh creatives to combat ad fatigue and improve performance.
• Provide clear, actionable performance insights and recommendations.
