About Us


Eagle Group of Companies runs multiple eCommerce brands in the solar, hospitality, bath, and furniture space. We serve both D2C and B2B audiences across the US market and are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to help scale our paid campaigns with precision and performance.


Role Overview


Were seeking a results-driven marketer who understands US consumer behavior, is skilled in B2B lead generation, and has hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Google Ads.

This is a remote position with flexibility to work from anywhere.


Key Responsibilities


  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid marketing campaigns for US-based D2C and B2B audiences
  • Run targeted LinkedIn campaigns to generate B2B leads
  • Execute high-converting Meta ads (Facebook, Instagram) for product sales and remarketing
  • Set up and manage Google Search, Display, and Shopping ads
  • Monitor performance metrics, A/B test creatives, and tweak budgets accordingly
  • Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams for cohesive messaging
  • Provide weekly reporting on KPIs, spend, and insights

Requirements


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing
  • Proven success in the US D2C market
  • Experience running B2B campaigns on LinkedIn
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Bonus: Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or Klaviyo
