Job summary

Intogreat Solutions is seeking a results-driven Meta ads specialist to manage a portfolio of client campaigns from setup to optimization. You will create strategic plans based on client objectives and budgets, and actively manage ads across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and Google.

You will deliver data-driven insights, craft performance reports, and collaborate with content and creative teams to refine ad creative.

Qualifications

• Around two years of hands-on experience managing Meta ads, including setup, launch and optimization.
• Meta Ads experience (Facebook and Instagram)
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, objectives, audiences, pixel and conversion tracking, and reporting.
• Ability to turn data into clear insights and practical recommendations for clients.
• Strong commercial thinking to plan campaigns around client objectives and budgets.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail with budgets, tracking and campaign setup.
• Confidence working independently in a remote environment while collaborating with the team.
• Proactive, self-motivated attitude.
• Flawless communication and people skills for client relationships.

• Be the team’s Meta ads specialist and stay updated on platform changes.

Job Responsibilities

• Act as the lead contact for a dedicated portfolio of clients, responding promptly to client emails, briefs and requests.
• Plan and run regular WIP meetings with your clients, keeping deliverables on track and clients informed.
• Develop strategic Meta ads plans based on client objectives, budgets and briefs, in line with the latest Meta best practice.
• Get hands-on in Ads Manager: building campaigns, audiences and ad sets, setting up tracking, launching ads and monitoring performance.
• Optimise campaigns on an ongoing basis, adjusting targeting, budgets, placements and creative to improve results.
• Manage ads across additional channels such as TikTok, Reddit and Google as required.
• Prepare and present monthly performance reports for each client, covering what's working, which creative performed best, and how we'll optimise and improve in the months ahead.
• Work closely with our content and creative team to brief, test and refine ad creative.
• Act as the team's go-to Meta ads specialist, sharing knowledge and staying across platform updates, new features and best practice.
• Manage multiple clients, campaigns and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality and accuracy.

Technical/Educational Qualifications

Must Have:

• Around two years of hands-on experience managing Meta ads, including setting up, launching and optimising campaigns yourself.
• Meta Ads experience (Facebook and Instagram)
• A solid understanding of Meta Ads Manager, campaign objectives, audiences, pixel and conversion tracking, and reporting.
• The ability to turn data into clear insights and practical recommendations that clients can act on.
• Strong commercial thinking and the ability to plan campaigns around client objectives and budgets.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients, campaigns and deadlines.
• A strong attention to detail, particularly with budgets, tracking and campaign setup .
• Confidence working independently in a remote environment, while also collaborating closely with our team.
• A keen sense of self-motivation, with a proactive 'can do' attitude.
• Flawless communication and people skills that allow you to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients.

Nice to Have:

• Marketing campaign management, reporting, and tracking
• Proven experience in a client-facing role, such as account management or client service, ideally within an agency.
• The confidence to lead client relationships, present results and run client meetings.
• A degree in marketing, communications, business management or a related discipline.
• Experience managing ads on TikTok, Reddit or Google Ads.
• Experience working in a digital or social media agency.
