ABOUT THE ROLE

The Performance Marketing Media Manager will lead day-to-day implementation and provide strategic recommendations across biddable channels. While Paid Social will be a primary focus, experience with other biddable platforms is also required.

In this role, you will act as the interface between the UK-based buying teams and our clients and client teams in NYC across key accounts. You’ll work independently and with cross-functional teams to ensure our entertainment clients’ campaigns perform optimally. This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving startup environment, ideal for candidates with agency experience who can adapt quickly and handle multiple responsibilities. The role involves hands-on platform work and strategic thinking to support our teams in NYC, with support and mentoring from the UK-based buying teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign Execution

  • Build out campaigns with channel and client teams to meet client needs.
  • Continuously optimise campaigns based on client goals.
  • Manage asset updates promptly.
  • Optimize budgets and flighting schedules.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure tracking excellence.

Strategy

  • Develop biddable media strategies aligned with clients’ marketing goals.
  • Create media plans to achieve client objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure approaches are full funnel and data-driven.
  • Use insights to optimise media investments and support ticket sales.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with in-market partners and media owners to tailor work for the US market.

Client Management

  • Partner with US-based Account Directors and Managers to advise on media recommendations and performance updates.
  • Identify opportunities for campaign expansion and innovation.
  • Coordinate with the UK team to keep clients informed of industry developments.

Industry Knowledge

  • Maintain an advanced understanding of relevant industries, key players, and external agencies.
  • Produce industry insights and case studies for team and client education.
  • Build relationships with US media owners.
  • Stay updated on changes in the NYC and US media landscape.
  • Represent SINE at industry events and conferences.
  • Participate in training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

ABOUT YOU

  • Understanding of full-funnel media strategies.
  • Experience creating multi-channel media plans.
  • Support for pitches is a plus.
  • Ability to translate client objectives into data-led strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Confidence in engaging with diverse stakeholders and managing relationships.
  • Influence and consultative skills to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Effective working across time zones, especially with UK teams.

LOCATION
