A leading company in healthcare is seeking a Performance Marketing Lead to drive digital marketing strategies and enhance conversion performance across various platforms. This role involves overseeing digital marketing investments, developing websites, and collaborating with multiple teams to ensure optimal performance and growth. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and proficiency in digital advertising tools.
SUMMARY
It’s a data-driven Performance Marketing Lead to oversee our digital marketing investments in China and drive conversion performance across channels
Responsible for tracking and optimizing the full funnel conversion journey, leading the development of our official website and sCRM platform, and establishing an integrated data infrastructure across different digital touchpoints to support growth
Reporting to the China Consumer Marketing Lead
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead performance marketing strategy and execution across digital channels (e.g., search, social media, content platforms, Resmed official website and WeChat accounts), with a strong focus on conversion optimization
Build and refine end-to-end tracking frameworks to measure performance across the full funnel from impression to conversion
Oversee the development and operations of the official website and sCRM platform to enhance user engagement and conversion
Collaborate closely with social media, campaign, provider marketing stakeholders, e-commerce and channel sales teams to align marketing execution with business objectives
Design and maintain a unified data dashboard and reporting system to enable data-driven decision-making
Monitor and analyze performance data, generate actionable insights, and drive continuous improvements
QUALIFICATIONS
Reporting to the China Consumer Marketing Lead
Proficient in major digital advertising platforms (e.g., Search, Douyin, WeChat Ads, Alimama)
Experience in building and managing CRM/sCRM platforms is a strong plus
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in local tools
