Your Role
We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to spearhead and scale user acquisition across scalable digital channels—starting with Facebook/Meta ads and expanding into other high-potential platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of paid social ad strategy, performance optimization, and the automation of campaign bidding, budgeting, and reporting.
You’ll own and optimize the full-funnel journey from ad impression to subscription, ensuring user acquisition aligns with long-term customer value (LTV). You will analyze campaign efficiency, automate key processes, and identify new growth opportunities across social and influencer marketing ecosystems. This role requires an analytical mindset, a test-and-learn mentality, and fluency in both marketing and data engineering languages. You’ll be responsible for managing a significant capital allocation and are expected to act as both strategist and executor.
What You'll Do
User Acquisition & Campaign Management - Design, launch, and optimize Facebook/Meta ad campaigns focused on acquiring high-value users. Collaborate with design and editorial teams to develop and iterate on ad creatives and copy. Identify and scale performance marketing efforts to additional digital platforms as appropriate
Automation & Data-Driven Optimization - Build and manage automated bidding and budget adjustment systems using scripts and marketing APIs. Use SQL and dashboard tools to create performance reports and uncover actionable optimization insights. Develop systems for real-time monitoring of LTV vs. CPA to guide campaign adjustments and strategy.
Cross-Channel Growth & Strategy - Test and evaluate influencer collaborations, content partnerships, and other social initiatives to drive subscription growth. Develop acquisition strategies that optimize the CAC-to-LTV ratio across all marketing campaigns. Collaborate with CRM and product teams to align acquisition align acquisition and retention strategies

The salary for this position is expected in the $120,000 to $150,000 range (based on candidate's experience and geographic location) with bonus potential.
