Job description

Emerging Travel Group (or ETG) is a travel tech company, globally known for the brands RateHawk, ZenHotels and RoundTrip, spanning over 220 markets worldwide. We specialize in developing advanced online booking platforms for all types of clients — from individual tourists to travel agents and companies organizing business trips. Our solutions empower hoteliers to effortlessly showcase their accommodations, boosting visibility and attracting a broader audience.

We are looking for a business-minded Performance Marketing Manager to own our paid acquisition engine. This role is pivotal to our growth, focusing not just on generating leads, but on acquiring high-value customers profitably. You will be the strategic link between marketing spend and business revenue, using data from the entire funnel to build a world-class acquisition program.

This is a remote vacancy open to candidates residing in Europe.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own Paid Acquisition Strategy & Execution:Develop and manage a comprehensive B2B paid acquisition strategy, primarily leveraging Google Ads, to achieve quarterly and annual Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) and pipeline targets.
  • Full-Funnel Performance Analysis:Go beyond channel metrics to monitor, analyze, and report on the entire marketing funnel. Track performance from click to closed-won, identifying opportunities for optimization at every stage.
  • Drive LTV:CAC Optimization:Take primary responsibility for the unit economics of your channels. Actively manage and optimize campaigns to improve the Lifetime Value to Customer Acquisition Cost (LTV:CAC) ratio.
  • Strategic Budget Management & Forecasting:Own the paid acquisition budget, including allocation, forecasting, and pacing. Build data-driven models to justify spend and predict returns in terms of business value.
  • CRM-Driven Campaign Optimization:Establish and utilize a direct feedback loop with our CRM. Use lead scoring, sales feedback, and opportunity data to refine targeting, bidding, and messaging for higher-quality lead generation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner closely with Sales, Analytics, and Content teams to ensure alignment. Translate sales goals into campaign strategies and provide the sales team with insights on lead intent and behavior.
  • Data Storytelling & Stakeholder Communication:Translate complex campaign data into clear business insights and actionable recommendations. Regularly present performance, key learnings, and strategic plans to leadership.
  • Develop Market & Competitive Intelligence:Utilize SEM tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush) not just for keyword research, but to analyze the competitive landscape, identify new market opportunities, and inform broader marketing strategy.
  • Lead a Culture of Experimentation:Design and implement a rigorous A/B testing roadmap for ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to drive continuous improvement and uncover new growth levers.
  • Manage Strategic Projects & Initiatives:Effectively manage complex projects from ideation to completion, such as new channel tests, landing page overhauls, or tracking infrastructure updates, using project management tools to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Proven B2B Performance Marketer: 5+ years successfully driving SQL, pipeline, and revenue goals in a growth-oriented B2B role.
  • Business-Focused & Data-Driven: Skilled at connecting campaigns directly to revenue and profit outcomes, optimizing full-funnel performance, and leveraging metrics such as LTV and CAC to strategically guide decisions.
  • CRM & Analytics Expertise: Hands-on experience combining CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) with analytics platforms (Google Analytics) for comprehensive insights and effective campaign optimization.
  • Strategic & Tactical Versatility: Comfortable developing growth-focused strategies shared with leadership, while also managing hands-on execution in tools such as Google Ads.
  • Responsible Budget Management: Demonstrated ability to forecast, allocate budgets, track spend, manage ROI, and consistently optimize performance targets.
  • Collaborative & Experimental Mindset: Excellent communicator who partners effectively with cross-functional teams, proactively runs data-backed tests, and systematically solves marketing performance challenges.
