Sur is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition for a high-ticket coaching and education business serving fitness and wellness professionals. You will manage campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube to drive qualified leads and booked calls.

You will optimize landing pages, creative direction, and email flows to ensure traffic converts into revenue. This is a full-time, in-house role working closely with the marketing and sales team.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large paid media budgets (six figures monthly).
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Experience with high-ticket coaching, education, or service-based offers.
• Comfortable optimizing end-to-end funnel performance (landing pages, email, sales handoff).

Responsabilités

• Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Drive qualified applications and booked calls for high-ticket programs.
• Manage campaigns for webinars, launches, and evergreen funnels.
• Monitor CAC, ROAS, CPL, and funnel metrics; adjust budgets accordingly.
• Build testing plans for creative, messaging, audiences, and landing pages.
• Ensure accurate tracking across pixels, UTMs, CRM stages, and attribution.
• Recommend ad creative direction and angles based on data.
• Collaborate with sales to evaluate lead quality and pipeline movement.
• Utilize AI tools to improve analysis, testing, and reporting.
• Work in-house full-time with the marketing team.
