Job summary

GlossGenius, NYC-based, is seeking a creative lead for our paid channels with a primary focus on Meta. You’ll own end-to-end creative development, partner with our creative team and GTM partners, and translate performance insights into iterative ideas that land in market quickly.

In a hybrid role, you’ll move fast from concept to live assets while maintaining quality across static and motion formats. You’ll scale production with AI-powered workflows and collaborate closely with growth marketing

Qualifications

• 3+ years of growth, performance, or digital design with paid channels experience.
• Scaled production processes around AI and growth marketing.
• Willingness to ship multiple concepts weekly and learn fast.
• Expertise in Meta ads and direct response fundamentals; strong design POV.

Responsibilities

• Own creative for paid performance channels end to end, focused on Meta.
• Maintain a pipeline of distinct concepts, formats, and angles.
• Design the full conversion path from ad to landing page.
• Ship consistently by leveraging performance data to guide iterations.
• Build AI-powered production workflows to scale output.
• Collaborate with growth marketing to turn ideas into live variants.
• Review KPIs and ideate new concepts based on results.
