The Trade Desk in Chicago seeks a Trading Specialist to partner with Account Management and Business Development to drive performance and client growth. You will analyze campaigns, troubleshoot issues across Display, Video, and CTV, and translate data into actionable insights for clients.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in consultative, data‑driven roles, strong Excel/Vertica/Power BI skills, and Proven ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of consultative, client-facing work within ad tech or data‑heavy industries.
• Ability to communicate complex topics to stakeholders and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong quantitative skills with Excel, Vertica, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Managers and Business Development to drive performance and growth.
• Troubleshoot campaign setup and performance issues across Display, Online Video, and CTV.
• Provide feedback to Product Managers for platform and product improvements.
• Use Excel, Tableau or Power BI to analyze large data sets and create actionable insights.
• Present data and insights to client stakeholders clearly and effectively.
• Build relationships with agency and brand stakeholders to meet client needs.
• Work with agency traders and planners to set up campaigns and optimize budgets.
• Become a platform expert and educate clients on new product updates and best practices.
