Job Description:

TSD Mobility Solutions, Inc., an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is looking for a Performance Manager to join our growing team. As a Performance Manager, you will be responsible for building effective relationships with existing corporate and individual customers, exploring their business models, and developing an awareness of potential solution opportunities. You will be the product expert that identifies ways to increase sales in the business.

Responsibilities:
  1. Perform consultation visits at dealerships and car rental locations as part of our professional services team.
  2. Implement analysis, performance evaluations, and program development at customer sites.
  3. Provide detailed data on site regarding fleet management market and products offered.
  4. Report on each visit with recommendations to clients, manufacturers, and internal departments.
  5. Build, develop, and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their best interests and driving the success of their key initiatives.
  6. Exceed monthly and yearly sales goals through incremental sales of products to existing and prospective customers.
  7. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and developments, including all TSD core products such as rental and loaner management software solutions, TSD RezCentral, Gateway, and modules.
Training:

On-the-job training. Compensation includes a base pay of $70-$75k, with total targeted income of $100k+ in the first year with commissions.

Minimum Requirements:
  • College Degree preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in relevant industries such as car rental, dealership, travel, or software sales.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
  • Ability to travel 60% across the US.
  • Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office products.
  • Valid driver's license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
