Job summary

Asset Living in Atlanta seeks a Performance Manager to design and oversee learning programs, coaching, and performance initiatives across Affordable housing operations. You will partner with site teams and regional leadership to raise leasing performance, customer service, onboarding, and overall property performance.

This role emphasizes hands-on training, blended learning, and the use of LMS tools, with travel requirements to support regional communities.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
• Strong coaching and performance management skills.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and blended learning.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute learning programs and coaching for Affordable housing operations.
• Partner with site teams, regional leadership, and cross-functional partners to improve training outcomes.
• Manage and improve onboarding, leasing performance, and customer service through training initiatives.
• Lead regional coaching plans driven by KPI results and organizational objectives.
• Utilize LMS and multimedia tools to deliver engaging training content.
