Thames Water is seeking a Performance Manager to lead a team of Slow Sand Filter Operators and a Working Supervisor at Ashford Water Treatment Works. You will analyse data, manage budgets, and ensure service targets and safety standards are met across London’s water treatment operations.
The role requires strong leadership, deep understanding of production planning, and the ability to communicate findings to managers and stakeholders. A UK driving licence is essential for this position.
This is an opportunity to build on your people management experiences in an important role within our critical water infrastructure network. From our Ashford and Kempton sites, every day we provide London and the surrounding areas with high-quality, fresh drinking water.
This role will require you to lead and develop a team of operatives as well as manage the performance of two of the main slow sand filter treatment processes for producing clean drinking water for London. The role also requires you to safely achieve specific operational outputs to the required standards across the business, within budget and deadlines.
What you’ll be doing as a Performance Manager - Slow Sand Filters
This role will involve:
Base Location – Ashford Water Treatment Works (TW15 1RU)
Working Hours – 38 hours per week ( with and out of hours management roster.)
Salary - £38,000 to £45,000 depending on skills and experience
