Job summary

DAP Health is seeking a Performance Management Specialist to lead and manage the company’s performance evaluation processes. This role designs, implements, and improves review systems aligned with organizational goals, promotes development, and ensures fairness and transparency.

FTE: Modified FT – 32 hours/week with on-site presence at Palm Springs clinic. You will collaborate with Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, and Compensation to align outcomes with development plans, promotions,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or related field
• 3+ years of HR experience with a focus on performance management or employee development
• Knowledge of KPIs and best practices in performance management
• Experience with HRIS or performance management software
• HR certification preferred (PHR, SHRM-CP)
• Change management and organizational development preferred
• Knowledge of 360-degree feedback systems and competency models preferred

Responsibilities

• Design and implement performance management programs and tools
• Coordinate end-to-end performance review cycles (annual/quarterly)
• Provide training and support to managers and employees on evaluations and SMART goals
• Analyze performance data and report insights to leadership
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure policy compliance
• Collaborate with Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, and Compensation to align outcomes with development plans, promotions, and rewards
• Manage all employee surveys (360, pulse, manager effectiveness, 180-day, annual evaluation) and report results
• Assist in customizing evaluations for different roles and duties as assigned
