Job summary

Winston Taylor LLP seeks a Senior Manager of Performance & Lifecycle Excellence to lead the firm’s people-operations strategy for 600+ Business Professionals. You’ll supervise a small HR team and drive end-to-end performance, onboarding/offboarding, and retention analytics.

Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, you’ll partner with HRBPs to scale processes, implement automated workflows, and deliver a world-class employee experience across offices in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years in People Operations and Performance Management.
• 5+ years leading and mentoring teams.
• Experience in law or professional services preferred.
• Strong project management and technical HR system skills.

Responsibilities

• Employee Lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, and firm integration.
• The 15/90 Roadmap: synthesize feedback for retention metrics.
• Sophisticated offboarding: ensure compliant, connected process.
• Exit analytics: report turnover trends to leadership.
• Process architecture: end-to-end annual review & promotions.
• Calibration & parity: prepare data for year-end meetings.
• Talent development partnerships: create performance resources.
• Direct supervision: lead a team of 3 and coordinate with HRBPs.
